Before you book

Please read these important informations:

  • This is a small city campsite: we only have a limited numbers of campervans and minivans pitches, so we warmly reccomend to book in advance.
  • Campervans longer than 7.50m and caravans longer than 7m (hook included) cannot be accepted on our campsite.
  • On the telephone we are glad to give you informations about the availability and more, however the best way to make a reservation is through our website at the section “booking”.
  • The check- in is from 12:30 pm (noon) to 10 pm. for tents, campervans and minivans. For cabins and housing unit the check-in is from 4 pm to 10pm. It is not possible to check in after this time.The payment is until 11:00 a.m. of the day of departure. Pitches must be freed until 12.00 p.m. (noon) of the day of departure. The check-out is from 8 am to 12pm (noon).
  • The vehicles entrance is closed from 10:00pm at 8:00am, no limits for pedestrians.
  • On arrival you have to enter on foot and check in before driving into the campsite with vehicles.
  • For the check-in every person must provide a valid ID or passport. Foreign driving licences or photos of ID’s, passports and so on are not accepted as a valid identification document and don’t permit the access to the campsite.
  • The Camping Castel San Pietro is situated on a hill above Verona’s city center, the road goes uphill for a few hundred meters. To arrive at the campsite by driving we suggest to follow the directions provided on our website in the section “about us”. Most navigation systems will show a different more difficult way on very narrow streets, not suitable for campervans.
  • The best way to reach Via Castel San Pietro 2 (where we are); passing from Via Ippolito Nievo, then Via Castello San Felice and finally turn to Via Castel San Pietro.
  • Pets are allowed and welcome in our campground for people on campervan/minivan pitches and for people in tents. In the cabins and in the housing unit pets are not allowed.
  • It is forbidden to leave the pets unattended in the campsite.
  • The tent pitches do not have an electrical connection, you can recharge your devices by leaving them at the reception, alternatively you can use the power sockets in the common areas.
