General- Reservations And Prices
How can I make a reservation?
Reservations must be made by filling out our reservation form available on our website. Emails and reservations are processed within 48 hours.
We do not accept reservations over the phone, as we need various data to create the reservation and send a confirmation email.
Reservations are highly recommended for campers and minivans.

Do I have to pay a deposit to confirm the reservation?
No.
What is the cancellation policy?
Since no prepayment or credit card information is required at the time of booking, there are no penalties following cancellation of the reservation. However, we ask that you notify us at least 3 days in advance of your arrival date so that we can better handle requests.
When do I have to pay the balance of my vacation?
The balance of your stay is paid in full on the day of check out. You can pay by credit/debit card or cash (we do not accept American Express).
Can I change my reservation?
Reservations may be changed, subject to availability and at the discretion of management, by email: info@campingcastelsanpietro.com.
The change will be considered valid only after confirmation from the staff. There is no extra charge for changes, we kindly ask you to communicate changes in advance so that we can better manage reservations.

Is it possible to arrive without a reservation?
It is always possible to arrive without a reservation during check-in times, but with no guarantee of finding free pitches.
Reservations for campers and minivans are always highly recommended; in fact, our campground does not have many pitches (especially suitable for large RVs!).
Reservation of a parking space inside the campground is also highly recommended, especially in high season.

Is there a minimum stay?
No, we do not have a minimum stay policy. In case of tent bookings, the maximum stay is 7 nights.
Are there any special offers and/or discounts for direct bookings?

Where can I find your price list?
The rates applied during the open camping season can be calculated through our BOOKING ONLINE page. Prices are in Euros and include 2 people (regardless of age). Rates for pitches also include the use of electricity, water and bathroom facilities with showers.
Bed linen and consumptions are included in the accommodation rates.
Extra people (3rd and up) are charged according to extra rates based on age.
Please note: when booking through the BOOKING ONLINE portal, tourist tax is not included in the final price.

How much is the tourist tax?
Tourist tax is charged to all persons 14 years of age and older. The cost is €1.50 per day for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights.
Any exemptions are possible by signing a specific form (people with disabilities, residents of the municipality of Verona). The exemption request must be communicated during check-in!

Is it necessary to reserve a parking space beyond the tent pitch?
For those arriving by car and requiring a tent site, it is advisable to book parking inside the campsite in advance. Please note that the car parks are in a separate area near the tent area. In fact, it is not possible to park the car in the tent pitch.
If you do not want to park your car inside the facility, on the public road outside the campground parking is free of charge.

Reception - Hours
What are the hours of the Reception Desk?
During the summer season the Reception is open from 8:00 am to 11:00 am and 12:30 pm to 10:00 pm*.
During the winter season Reception is open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
* During October and November, the Front Desk is only open until 9:00 pm.

Check-in time is from 12:30 pm until 10:00 pm.

Is late check-in possible?
No, unfortunately we do not offer late check-in service.
Campground Access
Is it possible to enter the campground with the camper/car after the reception closing time?
No, you cannot independently open the gate to leave or enter with your vehicle. During the closing hours of the reception, you can only access on foot, thanks to a chip provided during check-in.
Is it possible to access the facility h24?
Access to the facility by vehicle (camper, car and motorbike) is permitted only during reception opening hours. To enter or exit by vehicle, you must ask the staff at Reception.
During night office closing hours, only pedestrian access is permitted through the designated gate (which can be opened using a chip received during check-in).

Services
Is there electricity on the pitches?
Electricity is present on the camper or minivan pitches and is included in the price. The maximum power is 2 amps.
On tent pitches, however, electricity is not present. To charge your cell phone or electronic devices there are several shared spaces provided with electricity.

Do you also have an RV parking area?
No, we do not have an’RV parking area and we do not do daytime RV parking service.

Are there a Minimarket, Bar or Restaurant in your campground?
There is a Bar/Minimarket inside the campground, it is open from the beginning to the end of the season with varying hours depending on the season.

Do you have WIFI connection available to guests?
The entire campground is covered by Wi-Fi; access is available and free by logging in with your email address or phone number.
Please note that Internet use by minors must be authorized and supervised by an adult person responsible for the minor.

Do you accept pets?
Yes, they are welcome in the outdoor areas of the campground and on the camper and tent sites. However, they are not allowed inside the accommodations.
For safety reasons, we ask guests to keep their pets on leashes and within sight of their owners.

How are lost and found handled?
Any items found within the facility are delivered to the Campground Reception. Shipments are handled through Lhost and are the responsibility of the guest.

How can I reach you from Verona's central train station?
Porta Nuova station is about 4 km from our campsite, about 30 min travel time by public transportation. We recommend taking bus number 73 in the direction of “Largo Castiglioni/Valdonega”; the closest stop to the campsite is “Ponte Pietra” and from here you can take the stairs or the funicular to the Castel San Pietro terrace. Our campsite is only a few meters away from the scenic terrace.
How can I file a complaint?
For any complaints and/or grievances, we encourage our guests to contact the Campground Reception. The staff will be available to listen and try to resolve the issues behind the complaint as quickly as possible.
